Global Food+ 2017: Focusing on the Future of Food

Elizabeth Wolkovich gave the first of twenty-four talks from top scholars in the Boston area for the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs's Global Food+ 2017.  Global Food+ 2017 highlighted current research findings at the important nexus between food, agriculture, health, society, and the environment. Prof. Wolkovich discussed her research on the decline in crops in the world's wine-growing regions due to climate change.
