Ken is responsible for the day-to-day building operations and maintenance. Monitors and manages Work Order System. Assuring the delivery of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure a safe, orderly and pleasant work environment in the OEB facilities and Musuems Portfolio.  Contact Ken about issues related to general building maintenance, HVAC, Security, custodial services, fire safety, or elevators. Acts as liaison between building occupants and Facilities Maintenance staff and outside vendors.
