Tiara is point of contact for all OEB staff human resources questions and issues. She is the primary departmental contact for personnel policies and procedures, time reporting, vacation and sick time records, payroll processing, temporary employees, and new employee applications and appointments. Tiara assists Megan closely with the annual performance review and goal setting processes as well. Tiara also handles the student and temporary staff and unpaid intern appointments.
