PhD candidate Lydia Krasilnikova (Pardis Sabeti, Advisor) was on one of nine featured Harvard Horizon Scholars to speak at the Havard Horizons Symposium on April 11th in Sanders Theatre. Lydia's talk, "Tracing COVID-19 Outbreaks to learn about the Effect of Vaccination and Boosting on Risk of Infection and Transmission," addresses her dissertation work in the Sabeti lab.

Scholars have been selected by the Harvard Horizons Faculty Fellows as representatives of the extraordinary researchers who make up Harvard’s PhD community. Each year, PhD candidates are chosen to participate in the Harvard Horizons program to receive in-depth, personalized mentoring and coaching designed to enhance their presentation skills. The program culminates in a symposium of brief, compelling talks where these scholars present their research.

All talks are available on the Harvard Horizons YouTube channel.
